Not only has this one guy bullied my little brothers since we moved to kingswinford from london 11 years ago, he killed one of my elderly relatives by giving him a heart attack which he laughs about non stop and waved his f'in funeral presecion goodbye (i hate him so much) and now he has put my other elderly neighbours windows through 5 times in 6 months. He threw a paving slab threw their window 10 mins before i got home. I swear to god/allah/buddah/ronald mcdonald that i will kill him if i EVER catch him doing anything remotley against the law, like if he drops litter or something, his ass will be legally tenderised by my foot.

Its not as if he doesnt know any better and is young, hes 19. Im 1 week older than him. What is his problem. His mom has started to pretend to have brain cancer now to stop the council throwing them out. My mom works at the hospital, shed have known if his mom was in there, she hasnt been anywhere near theplace other than when he crashed a stolen car 6 months ago and claimed he fell off a wall and went to hospital with ****ed up shins.

My anger is slightly eased by the fact that h had to have a reeeeeeeeeeeeallly big injectionand the ambulance people (who have had to deal with the scum sucker before) 'couldnt find' the vein to inject him, so had to make a cuople of painful attempts at finding one

Over here estates are seen as the worst places to live since it's where trouble makers come from.

There are the odd people who tend to be really rough because of the way they've been brought up. If his mum seems to be pretending to have brain cancer then it's obvious that he has been brought up in a corrupt family

It seriously makes me wonder what goes through these peoples minds. They offer NOTHING to society too.

The world has never changed...people such as this need locking away, but the courts won't do it.

A "quiet word" by a responseable member of the local security firm, is normally the only way.

the police say its a council problem, the council say its a police problem, and we get nowhere.

All his friends are all waster 10+ years older than me, and 5 years ago (par example) id have been 14 theyd have been 24 / 25 : not the sort of people i want to be fighting, but its got to a point now where he is starting to terrorrise old people till they die, and im sick of it. It wont take me long till i catch him. 1 on 1. Without being able to hide behind his friends.
