    Best download manager

    hi

i was wondering what the best download manager is for multipul downloads?

i download from websites, rapidshare etc, and wanted one that takes care of multipul links. i can do 23 simultaneously through firefox but wanted to know if there was prgrams that done more and resumed them to if things go wrong with pc and connections etc.

    whats the best?

Used Getright a few years back, but went off it - FlashGet all the way now, and the FlashGot plugin if you use Firefox.

cool. does flashget and flashgot do p2p only or direct downloads from rapidshare etc?

i.e. can i cut and paste multipul links in to it and it starts them all at once, well one after the other without having to cut and paste continuosly?

    For Rapidshare I use RapGet

where I can just paste all my links and hit 'go' and leave it to download I wrote a simple php script to convert rs.com links into download links (here) which seems to work rather well

Been using Getright for almost 8 years now. The most used non-microsoft software i have even had. Never found anything better, bow supports uploads and podcasts.

How does that rs.com link converter work?
I put my original d/l link into it and then hit get link, copy pasted the new link and it just loads up the normal page where you click free or premium. Am I right in assuming you need to have an account?
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
