Need a new graphics card

Hi, i currently need a new graphics card but i dont want it to run off the power supply as it is 250W.. are there any graphics cards available that you don't need to connect to the power supply? I don't need the latest graphics.. just something to play GTA3 or something like that on. My specs can be found below:

Motherboard : MSI-MS6786 ( 3 PCI ports, 1 AGP port)
CPU: 2000MHz (12x267) 3000+
RAM : 447MB
Display: VIA/S3G Unichrome IGP (anything more powerful than this would be appreciated)

You'll probably need to look on fleabay, these days the AGP port is all but dead, so there's little chance of finding an AGP card that doesn't require additional power from the PSU via at least a Molex connector. Look for an nVidia MX series card, the power they take from the AGP port was usually enough. Anything's better than VIA Unichrome.

I would personally get an AGP Nvidia 6200 as this has great performance for the price and does not consume too much power also!!

It does not need an external power adaptor and has at least twice the performance of a MX440 series card ands supports more advance effects too.

Make sure that you look for the version with 128bit RAM.

If you can get hold of one of the old GeForce4 Ti card (4200/4600/4800) second hand then they have some good bang for buck.

9800 Pro has a molex for extra power, even the 9700's do as well, doesn't look so good for an ATI card...
