looks ok, what rig u got?
As russ said it looks about right really.
3dmark 2003 scores are very CPU independent.
My score is 6200, by comparison.
9800pro, clocked at 9800XT speeds, 3200+, 512mb DDR400, A7N8X Deluxe, 200mhz FSB.
So, assuming you're on a slightly slower system, then your score is about right.
What's you exact rig? Is this score pre or post overclocking?
3dmark2003 scores are very GPU dependant. 3dmark2001 is a mixture of both CPU+GPU.
ok my rigs spec
p4 2.6 800fsb @ 3.2
2 x 256mb corsair 3500
9800 pro 128 mb saphire
asus p4p800 mb
is the score about right now?
Seems a tad low, to be honest, as I said, my rig gets 6300.
Firslty, are you overclocking the 9800pro at all (exactly the same card as mine), and have you got both the AA and AF turned off?
Hmm there was some guy who had pretty much the same rig as me, but he got 1000 more than me, my score was 6404 and he managed 7400, but he had his 9800 o/c to dangerously for me to even try...
Signatures are stupid
3D Mark is quite weird. For instance on my old Setup which was a p4 2.6C @ 3.85 on a Vapochill PE I got 7950 Points. My Radeon 9800 Pro is clocked at 474core and 361 mem. Now if we compare that to the following
Old System ---------------------------- New System
3.85GHz 1.18GHz FSB with DDR 470 ----------------Intel XEON 3.1 GHz 592MHz FSB
With my new system (3D Mark uses 1 out of 4 CPUs) I get 6650 3D Marks. This is with a bunch of stuff opened and no twaeking at all.
I think that the difference is pretty much close to nothing if you consider the huge amount of FSB, Memory and CPU power difference.
I cant see your score since it said that the project is not valid anymore.
What score did you have ?

PS: I also posted a driver installation guide which gave some people in the Abit Forum 1000 Points + . You might wanna try it out :-)
Its the second to the last post on the first page.
