Can't really give an exact ball park figure I'm affraid. No two 9800 pros will be identical, cooling conditions will be different and a lot of it comes down to luck in the end.
Seen 9800 pros hit 450mhz on the gpu and 380+mhz on the ram, doesn't mean yours will. Then again, I've seen some bad results too.

Best thing is to test yourself and find out.

as gurujockstrap said, theres no 2 alike so it all depends on ur card, it could be a gem or a jobbie.
for reference mine runs at 425/360 for 24hr computing, if u want to work out optimum overclocker, use somethin like 3d mark 2k1 - bump up ur card speed in 10mhz steps (start at 400/350 cause most can do that) and when u get little "stars" on the screen (white dots) the core is at max overclock, glitching means the mem is maxed. Once u get both occurences drop the mhz back by about 15mhz and that should work safe all day.

Sorry if u knew most of this already :S
