Are the Zalman zm80-hps being manufactured still? Hadn't seen one mentioned for quite a while and I need something silent to mod my 9500 with. If someone could pm me with the best price I'd be grateful.

Theyre crap. When i had a hp80a on my 9700 the alu heatsinks were at 74c and 63c the one time i could be arsed to measure it, that means the gpu would have been up in the 90-110c range. Not very good is it? - thats the reson they now put a massive fan blowing over there new ones (which are just a black version with a fan mount).
The smaller version wouldnt work on anything better than a gf4/9600.

the zm80a-hp was an update to the zm80-hp, with better compatability with cards. the zm80c-hp is the newer model which can take the zm-op1 fan mount.

note that zalman state the zm-op1 is neccessary for gffx 5800 or higher, required for matrox parhelia, and recommended for 9800 or higher

Ouch, £30 is a bit steep. Still, the price to pay for silence. Now to find a dirt cheap cpu hsf that I can hack up to fit my NF7S northbridge - no way I'm paying £12 for a Zalman specific one.
