    24 Dell 2408WFP

My drivers have disappeared and stuck on generic ones which only give me 1024x768. It's very annoying.

I have tried the Dell website but they have some kind of stupid download programme which I can't get to work. Tried everywhere to find a direct link but without any success.

    Can anyone help?

    Re: 24 Dell 2408WFP

try through windows update, my 2407 installs the driver through there.

also update your GFX card driver and choose the res through that

    Re: 24 Dell 2408WFP

Got the drivers from the Dell website in the end (I think it didn't like Google Chrome).

I tried updating the drivers for the monitor but it didn't like it and keep saying the drivers were up-to-date. So I thought I might try un-installing the drivers and updating. My screen lost signal and has stop playing ball. Plugged in my NEC 17" monitor and that works.

Suppose I will have to fanny around a bit to get things working again (fingers crossed)
