Best OC utility for GTX460 and GT240 dual setup

I have just replaced my 4850 with a GTX460 and previously used the ATi utility to overclock my Radeon, and the Inno3d utility to overclock the 240, now with 2 nVidia cards in the system, the Inno3d app won't work as the 460 is an asus, so was wanting to know the best way to overclock both these cards.

Should work with all stock cards, not garrantied to work with non-stock cards, however it's a very good utility from all reports.
I know EVGA have done one as well but I don't know if that works with non-EVGA SC cards

got afterburner, got the 460 up to 903/1806mhz and the 240 to 619/1508mhz both running fairly cool and stable, may tinker with the mem clocks at some point, but it isn't useful for folding and the performance with games is much better than my old 4850's without tinkering with that (plus I heard that overclocking the mem on nvidia cards too much hurts performance due to error checking or something)

Doesn't necessarily hurt performance but due to a lack of ECC any speed gains have the possibility to be negated by more errors being introduced. For what its worth i did see a performance boost when overclocking the RAM but were talking 1/2FPS and as you say, doesn't help folding performance.
