Hey ben_wade, did you manage to fit a new PSU in your Dell case? I had an earlier generation Dell Dimension, with a 225w PSU. When I came to change this out I found that the Dell PSU and Intel mobo had propriety connectors ie you couldn't hook up a 'normal' PSU to the mobo as the connectors were different. As it happened I was changing out the mobo too, but guess what? - the mobo had propriety front panel connectors (power, reset, hdd lights etc), so I had to do a soldering iron job. All in all Dell made it very difficult for me to upgrade my computer. It would have been easier to buy a new case, but I like the Dell case, its got much better features than my Aopen H500 case.

Yes, the 4500 has a standard psu connector on the motherboard and it works fine.
The Aopen H600B i think it is looks a bit like the dell case so you may like that
