hewhe hi all i got me bnc cable to day and its done the job its made the image of the monitor look great and my text on the desktop looks crisp now 5 stars for the belkin cable from www.dabs.com

I was wondering if anyone apart from myself ans Tosk? As i had the exact same problem, but was not advised to buy a BNC cable so i contacted Samsung...they passed me around for 3days until they finally told me to contact Ebuyer (under 28days). I contacted ebuyer, who told me i would get a replacement monitor and arranged for it to be picked it. Off it went about 5 days later and two days ago they refunded me!! NOOO!!! This means although they have the white version in stock, they no longer sell the cheap black one, and they wont give me a different replacement. This leaves me with the painful decision of buying a good quality 17" CRT, a cheap 17" LCD, a cheap 19" CRT or putting some serious $$$ in and buying another 21" CRT or a 19" LCD. Im absolutely gutted as id sold my good 19" monitor a few days before!! Ive contacted the ebuyer complaints department but it doesnt sound like i have a leg to stand on. They wont even let me have my original monitor back to get a refurb from Samsung!!! I didnt even ask for a refund! Im so so so gutted....rant over.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

sorry to hear that Merce !! a painful story indeed, sorry i cant advise at all just wanted to say to those with this monitor, you can get cheap bnc cables of ebay, im awaiting delivery of a matching black one for £2.49 delivered ! forget wasting £15 lol.. just hope the quality aint crap
