Which has the beefiest heatsink as i think is the deciding factor among which to buy

do any OC coinsiderably better on average than others?

Probably the Leadtek one?

Not really. As ever with overclocking, it's the luck of the draw, but in general 6800GTs do overclock to at least base Ultra speeds (400/1.1, which is what I leave my PNY at even though it'll go higher...) Most of the 6800GTs are exactly the same reference design.
