    Two monitors, one display?

I have two monitors, and I want to spread windows over them. i.e. when I play a widescreen DVD, it spreads over both the monitors. I know this is possible with a Matrox graphics card, but I'd rather not replace my current graphics card (ATI 9200 from Asus) if at all possible.

    So, any ideas?

Unless your current card supports two simultaneous video overlays (which I seriously doubt) then you will have to buy a new card.

I used to have a Sapphire 9200 and it did not support dual overlays. Im not sure how many cards do actually as its quite a specialist requirement.

my 9600XT was able to do dual monitor but I couldn't workout how to get the taskbar to go on both. I remember my nVidia GF4 4800SE could do it! (probably some driver thing)
