So i purchased a 9800pro aiw cheap for the u.s, got it today thinking that it could run ntsc and pal formats on the the tuner turns out it cant, i am thinking of flashing the bios to a pal one or is there a easier option, im a bit uncomfortable with the software so do it step by step.
