It is not an exact science, but - whenever possible - Adam and I would love to see our retail products in the shops within 30 days of the launch I'm sure
(correct me if I'm wrong !)

u can over clock the xl quite a lot i would imagine, and get it close to XT speeds?
This is the kind of thing that needs to be confirmed by a partner selling a cardOriginally Posted by richard-wong
We offer chips at certain frequencies
Changing those frequencies will have a different affect on each chip
Our partners set the warranty for the card...
...and they do that based on their own testing...
...so they really are the only people who could confirm this kind of thing

just wondering what are the differencies between XL and XT? is it only the speeds? cos it seem both have 16 pipe and 6 vortex shaders
The XT has faster memory and gpu
overclock.co.uk have an agp x800xl for sale, its a sapphire one with the crappy little box cooler on it though plus its pricey at the moment.
that 40MHz on the core and 50MHz on the ram for the extra 130 quid :O
