NV40 exclusive preview!!!

Nvidia has done it again! They are the 1st to provide a new feature to the market again. The following information is confidential information/pics leaked by a deep throat source. So keep it on the DL.

Their NV40 will have an amazing 1Ghz core AND memory speed (GDDR3) It will have a 253 million transistor count and consume approximately 200Watts. Its recommended to have a 500W PSU or a seperate PSU as the video card requires and additional motherboard style header.

And for the kicker.... does it take up 1 or 2 of your PCI slots?

Well neither... it takes up all of them!! Its new superior cooling system is simply amazing. It takes up 6 PCI slots!! And will keep your whole case cool with its 5 centrifuge fans.

ONCE AGAIN, BRAVO Nvidia!! You have done it again!!



P.S. I have news about the NV50 also, but its only rumors at this point. The next generation NV50 will be housed in its own case (similar to Corsair's water cooling rig) and you will run a wire with a PCI-Express male PCB to insert in to the PCI-express slot. It will exit your computer case from the slot where a normal PCI-express card would be attached. It has its own power supply and requires a 3-phase 220 Volt plug. Similar to an electric clothes dryer.

LOL how can u praise this piece of junk, 6 pci slots, oops there goes the internet, soundcard and whatever else u stick in, ontop of the (lets see) £500 shall we say price tag another £20-40 on a psu. All for a card which will prob be inferior to ati's next gen offering and take up 6x the space.

Heap of junk i tell ya.

ummm... korky.... are you serious?

Dont you see the benefit?!?!! Everything else is on the motherboard now. Nforce has great sound & lan onboard already.

So with this you dont have to worry about filling all of those dumb slots with sound, LAN, etc. cards.... NV40 will fill them all for you at once!!! Everyone will eNvy your bad ass computer!!

And they are the 1st to be originally enough to fill all of your slots and have a 1Ghz Graphics processor!! Its simply amazing! What ballz! They sure do have some smart fellas at Nvidia!
