Some help with dual monitors please!

Hello there, just wondering if any of you lads and ladies run dual screens, specifically a tf monitor and a std TV.

I seem to have problems setting up the resolution on the TV it just wont show all of the desktop, im running a radeon 9800se aiw with a radeon 7000 pci card for the secondary output, when i set the res on the svideo output for the tv it just wont give me all of the desktop, if i scroll with the mouse i can 'scroll' to thefull screen.

Can anyone fathom out why im going wrong!?

Eventually the second gfx card with output to a projector, but i would like to get everything all setup now.

most TVs can only handle low resolutions and so do the scrolley thing.

get another monitor if you want a decent resolution.

TVs are pretty much limited to 800x600... Some cards can force 1024x768 but it's nearly impossible to read the text. You'll have to stick with 800x600 and just have different resoutions on TV and Monitor.
