Satalite TV Card???

Hi Peeps

i use freeview in my media pc, but a mate want me to sort him one but he has sky is there any way to link the satalite to the media box to record programs.

you can connect the sky box up to the pc via video in on a graphics card or by s-video in on an analogue tv card

You can get DVB-S cards that will receve free to air services such as the BBC, but Sky use a non standard DRM on their stuff, which you can only decode using a sky box.
