    X700 Pro Toxic dying?

Well, after giving it some toughts, im out of ideas of what could have happened...

Im the happy (now unhappy) owner of an X700 Pro Toxic, yesterday, i was playing WC3 as i usually do, after playing some hours of it in the afternoon, @ night it just crashed...

Sometimes i had CPU Overclock crashes with it, which displayed the wallpaper and forced me to do a reset (since computer wasnt responding, and ONLY showing the wallpaper)

But yesterday, same happened, but the Wall was all discolored, i just reseted as always, but all the screen (from bios to some things on windows) are with graphics garbage..., the errors appear in stupid areas, shadows, alpha blending areas, even some where there aint any graphic acceleration at all (when you win @ wc3 for example, or the items box for those who have played it)...

The video card was @ stock, no overclock at all, and MAYBE it had some hot streak, which i really doubt, since nothing has changed in my rig for the past months (no new fans, no less fans, nothing obstructing the airflow, etc) and the card was @ stock for a few months.

    Here are some screenshots:

    Note the buttons...

I tried underclocking the card, replacing the thermal paste (someone recommended it), decreasing the PCIE Clock (Which was set @ 105, which its the recommended for ATI cards right?), all whats left its flashing, but im not sure which bios should i try (i cannot find any toxic ones, just normal x700 Pro which im not sure about).

Hope someone can recommend me a bios, or help me a bit trough this...
