Firing up ATX PSU with no mobo

How do i do this guys? I'd like to leak test my rig before putting all the hardware in - i heard that it was possible to put a wire between 2 of the pins on the atx connector to the mobo to start the psu without a mobo in place - is this right?? If so which pins is it?

place your wire between any of the black connections going to the 20/24 pin and the green wire going into the 20/24 pin

make sure its switched on at the back too
