    Printer goes missing.

    Hey

Can anybody tell me when students log onto the network and as soon as they go to Printers and Faxes, the printer disappers. But when I login the printer doesnt disappear. We cant tell whether its profile issue or GPO issue. Some staff and all students have mandotary profiles and staff with mandotary profiles, the printer doesnt disappear.

    Thanks

    Tush

As it actually disappears, have you checked they have permission to start the Print Spooler service?
