    Computer not posting or displaying

I've recieved a puter that is not posting or displaying a pic so i am now stumped or missing something very simple.

First off i tried it without memory got my beeps, so assumed mobo was ok.

Put memory still no display, so took gfx card out tried a new one no luck also tried a pci one still no look.

I then tried a differnet PSU no luck.

Thought it could be a grounding issue stripped case down tested it all out the case with no luck.

Next tried a new mobo same model with no luck, then tried a new cpu all still to no luck so if anyone has got any idea's they would be greatfully appreciated.

    Also tried clearing BIOS.

    Thank you

    Lee

I reckon you've just about answered your own question there, tried CPU, Mobo, PSU, all out of case

Its got to be the memory! If its trying to post without mem ok (it beeps) and then stops once you put mem in.

You got any mem you can try it with?

Its really weird because I had alrdy tried differnet memory, and that didnt work. (Forgot to put I checked memory, I always check this 1st)

Just left the cmos battery out for a 1hr and tried new memory and booted 1st time, just put old memory in and is now up and running.

I'm gonna run a few mem tests to see if one of the sticks is a bit volatile

    Thanks
