How often scan, clean, anti-spy, defrag?

defrag everyday? now theres a waste of time

Only takes a few seconds when you defrag everyday. It makes sure my files are not accumulating in fragmentation making the next defrag even longer.....

never scan and clean, unless im trying a dodgy program. defrag is nice and auto with O&O, best defrag prog ever. it pops open in taskbar and goes when its done.
