Processor Intrrupts in PROCESS EXPLORRER

In lattest Process Explorer my CPU is Showing minor Intrrupts cousing 3 to 6% of Process Usses after 5 or 7 Secconds IS IT A NORMAL BEHAVIOR FROM an INTEL PENTIUM 4 3.2 HT Processor

I am a New Commer here i hope some one will help me On this
