Msn Wont Sign In!!!

i can usually resolve these problems, but this 1 is really annoying! i cant work it out!

basically, wen i try to sign in, it does its thing, and it signs in and disconnects instantly!! i get a popup in the corner as usual wen signing in, and my contacts hav text me saying i popup online, but appear offline straight away.

the thing is...., it works fine with ebuddy (so its not my account)
and, i can sign in fine with a different email address (not my msn)

so wats wrong????

i tried it without msnplus, without my messpatch! still same thing.

delete my old chat-logs history and things, it still wont workk.

what do i do?

any suggestions?

have you checked the time ?

Try deleting the local files for that account. That will force it to download the files again and refresh your settings from the MSN server. It's in a hidden folder in Documents and Settings/Application Data... I'm not sure of the exact location and I can't check at the moment, but if you do a quick search of the Messenger help files for delete settings you should find the information you need.
