    Unhappy Blue screen

    Tech info

    STOP : 0X000008E ( 0xC000005, 0XBF9CA2F3, 0XA722CBD4, 0X0000000 )

    i cant find anything like this in MS support site

    Disable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing.



    i dont have a clue about BIOS advance chipset features

    please some one help me i dont see any stuff like caching or shadowing in advance section

    is only timings and pci stuff i can see

    keep having blue screen while doing some like ( watching mr bea holiday, installing vista *failed and gave up errors so much, works in first time*, surfing internet etc )

    First step is to check out your memory - grab Memtest86+ and run that overnight to see if it throws memory issues. If not then the next stage is to check your hard drive, which is best done with the vendor's tools from their website.

    Also (given the graphical glitch on that screen) I would check your video card - does it feel really hot?
