the BUG radio

Hello, I've tried the BBC digital guys and the Pure Radio guys and they can't help.....

My BUG DAB radio has stopped showing EPG for BBC stations. I can get EPG for all other stations that have it. Reception is fine and a factory reset hasn't helped.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Could it be a fault with BBC themselves? Have you got other DAB radios that can receive the EPG info?

Both the BBC and Pure say there are no issues with the BBC EPG.

I don't have any other DAB radios, but that's a good idea, I'll see if I can borrow one.
