Thread four passed after test 6..
ive put the ram at 4-4-4-12 with voltage at 2.20
CPUZ reports the following on the memory to save any more questions that i should of included in previous posts.
DRAM Frequency - 408 MHz
FSB - DRAM 2:3
CL - 4.0 clocks
tRCD - 4 clocks
tRP - 4 clocks
tRAS - 12 clocks
Command Rate - 2T
Hope that info helps
On boot now, my system now tells me that something couldnt be referrenced and can not be "written" any ideas?
Try loosening up the timings. As I said just because your memory has a set of timings quaoted on it, it doesn't mean they're appropriate for the speed you're running your memory at.
Or better still let your motherboard set the timings automatically and just up the voltage to 2.1v.
I got annoyed with the system being unstable last night so I reduced all the settings to defaults.
I will set the voltage abit higher tonight but leave the timings the same, then if its stable, ill up the timings, possibly 5-5-5-15 or something.
Also the ram is supposed to be 800MHz why would CPUZ show it as being just above 400MHz.
