I have recently sent off a faulty BFG 8800 GTS OC to the address I was given by BFG after submitting an RMA request, I got a tracking number for the package and whenever I track it online it says that the parcel had an attempted delivery and a card was left. Coming up on a week later and that status has not changed, I have had no responses from BFG's email support on the subject and have rung the building I sent the card to several times with no success.
Are they just out for the New Year or am I missing something?
