Don't know if anyone will be able to help me out, but here goes:

I'm looking for a relatively simple electronics (i.e. undergraduate) text that will cover such things as lock-in amplifiers and Finite Impulse Response filters. I need to bone up on these things pretty sharpish... so any electronic engineers out there that can recommend me a good text book?
