None of my Flash drives will boot ?

Guys im trying to boot from my flash drives, i have a dane elic pill 4gb, a few others ( cant remember names ) and today i bought a 8gb samsung memory one called something like Easy Disk from scan, NONE of them will boot, the stuff i need to do is larger than a floppy, any ideas why they wont boot

Its a gigabyte mobo DS3, i have had a sony m2 memory stick adapter and a memory stick out of the phone boot just no actual pen drives.

Help :'( !

Hey,
for my mobo (asus) it detects usb devices as hard drives. so if i want to boot using a usb stick you have to push the usb stick to the top of the list above your hard drives. your mobo might do the same. took me awhile to work it out.

if you have a vista disc you can try this
just ignore step 3 and 4.

if you want a fat32 boot flash drive follow this
make sure you select the correct disk it might not be disc1
btw if you use windows xp diskpart is slightly different.
