they says it does. I think its smaller than the 52element in physical size but gives good signal strengh + it includes an amp.
to be honest i would not like to say any aerial mounted in the loft will work that well. But as you cannot mount one outside you dont really have any other option.

a good way of working out signal strengh in your area is look at other people's aerials if they are on long masts and have big 52 element aerial you may strungle.
You may have to go for anogue as that will work just abit grainy but no picture break up at least.
