    Folder Named "70aad8620e15abbbe0"

I have a folder in my "C" drive (where I keep all my files, not my applications or OS) with the name "70aad8620e15abbbe0". Every time I try to delete it, it says that access is denied. What could this folder be?
    Thanks

It may be from a Windows Update installation. If you have simple file sharing switched off, then right click on the folder, go to security tab > advanced and take ownership of the folder, then grant yourself full control and then you can delete it. Otherwise disable simple file sharing and as above. If you're not familiar with NTFS permissions then research it before playing around. If you're using XP home edition then you can't disable simple file sharing so you'll need to use cacls to change the permissions at the command line.
