Do I Need A New Graphics Card?

Hey ppl this is like my third thread in this section -.- Anyway i was wondering if you could tell me if you think this is a dead graphics card. It has been doing this since the start.. sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't but now its just completely stuffed up. I saw coloured squares on my monitor in the middle of playing Combat Arms and then my screen just froze. Now i cant remove the lines off the screen and i cant change the resolution. Here is how it looks:

I have called scan and they are coming to pick it up tomorrow however if its not faulty i get fined 45 pounds + VAT. -.- Ok well i was just wondering what you guys thing about it. Cheers!
