    Re: Kworld PE-355-2T Signal Problems

I had a similar problem with my pinnacle 2000i tv card on win 7 x64. It would be fine after reinstall, find the channels and work absolutely fine, then after reboot it couldn't find half of the channels and others would be unwatchable, reinstalling the drivers would fix the problem until reboot. I tried everything I could think of including buying a signal booster from Argos.

After practically pulling my hair out for the enitre weekend, last roll of the dice before going 32-bit was to try an older vista driver, it now works perfect.

Not sure that will help you being a different card but worth a shot if you can get hold of an older driver.

I will see if the ones bundled on the CD perform better than the ones from the Internet then... it's worth a try.

They perform slightly better in terms of signal, but worse in terms of channels. I for example cannot tune into BBC 1 with the old drivers. Despite this, the signal is still completely intolerable.

    Re: Kworld PE-355-2T Signal Problems

    I am running a pair of PE355-2T
I also had pixelated live TV that would clear after rebooting for a few hours.
I tried loads of things including moving the TVPC to different TV aerial sockets, changing video card, changing RAM, reinstalling windows 7 64 bit .

What seems to have fixed the issue at the moment is new drivers. (not surprising)

I ALWAYS use newest downloaded drivers I can find but I could not find any mention of the PE355-2T card anywhere on the KWORLDS global site or with a google search so I installed the ones off the supplied CD 26/6/08 ver 1.42.8.626.
But eventually I found them in the end under the uk section of the global site. hurray.

So if you are not running NXP SAA7110 18/9/09 ver 1.5.61.918 I recommend you try them.
