weird error on a new install ?

this has happened twice now, it's a new pc build amd 965, asus m4a79t delux, 4 gig of kinston ram and twice now it's rebooted and giveing me the error "a hyper transport sync flood error occurred on the last boot" any one know what this error is telling me ?
