Graphics card possibly broke?

Last question I promise, lol.

Theres about 10 stickers on my card so when i emailed BFG I just send them all as i wasn't sure which was which.

They have emailed me back asking for the model number, which they pointed out started with BFGR which I have found, but they're also asking for the serial number. They say it starts with a 006 or a G but I can't find any sticker that does begin like that. Anyone know any more info about finding which is the serial?

I got stuff that starts, S0, TS, 07, SF, UR and more, but no 006 or G

I sent them literally all the details on the card again and they found it them selves

I'm happy to say they have agreed the RMA so far and have sent me all the details to get it sent to them. Just packaging it up now. Fingers crossed all goes well

I just wanted to say thank you to you guys, if I hadn't have posted on here I'd have just moaned and moaned and probably brought another card half as good, lol. I know nothings official yet but it's a good a start.

Finally back to normal, feals good

Got the same one back. 8800GT. I'm just happy I got it sorted. I'm going travelling January so didn't have a chance of buying a new one
