Huge temp files, ccleaner won't delete them

Just ran ccleaner for the first time in a few days and I stumbled across these 2 (over 900mb) temp files. I just let ccleaner do it's thing and when it finish it had deleted everything except from these 2. Can't find anything specific about them on the net, just wondering if I should be worried about this and if I just delete them or not.




Rather large files, both were created pretty much exactly 6 days ago, ccleaner won't delete them.

Any help appreciated!

Perhaps the reason it wouldn't delete them because they are still 'in use'? Other than that, I'd delete them.

You could alway temporarily (or perm if you want) install a utility like unlocker to see what process is keeping that file in use, with a pointer to troubleshooting it... It will let you just delete it too, but probably better to find out whats using it first.

Dont believe it works on x64, I had to use an alternative at work, but cant remember the name. Give it a try

Process Explorer can search all open file & DLL handles. Just ctrl+f in the main window.
