    Am i being really stupid...

So it was recently my birthday, and as you do you get loads of random happy Birthday messages from different companies. One that got me interested was this one from EA:

    http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/v...s/untitled.jpg

The screen shot was of the email i received, as you can see EA are offering a free £10 voucher for the EA store, so i thought great i can get BF1943 for free.

The only problem is i can't see the voucher on the email for the life of me...

So am i being really thick and the voucher is just hidden in the picture or something or did EA manage to mess up... again?

Possibly the code is hardlinked in the link to the store?
Have you tried going through the motion of adding a game to basket and seeing if it makes any discount?
I doubt you'll be able to pick anything up for free, there's more than likely going to be a minimum spend involved.

Re: Am i being really stupid...

Yea I already tried clicking though to add the game.

    From their T&Cs
Valid for new orders of value equal to or greater than £10 only
So I add the cheapest game i could find Rugby 08 with the Sub-total coming to £12.48 went through checkout and still no reduction.

TBH i was hoping that i had missed the code or something, thanks for the replies, i will try again later and hope it works, but im not really willing to take it further with EA's amazing CS.

    Nothing Gained , nothing lost...

Did you go to the store from the link in the email?

I notice the text on the picture says "Then enter in the correct box when you make your purchase" but it doesn't tell you what to enter!
