Have you tried the screwdriver/pin method as suggested ?

No, not as of yet. I thought it could be damaging to the system. I did try the setup with two different chassis with their own power switches (though they are the same model) so I thought that would rule out the power switch. I will try this pin method, though, if there is nothing else to try.


BTW, this is the motherboard I am using and this is the PSU.

Thanks for all the help guys. It works now. I just disconnected and then reconnected everything and it works now.

If the hardware problems? The new computer should not appear this kind of problem....
