RAM Frequency and ATI 5830

I would like to know how to find out what my RAM Frequency is set at, how I can change it ( I know I change it in the bios, but where exactly, is the setting there straight for me to change it) and what RAM Frequency is recommended for my Sapphire ATI 5830?????

CPU-Z is your friend ;-)

I use my 5830 with the mem set to 1300Mhz in catalyst..but it really depends because not all of the cards can achieve the same speed, so try which is the highest frequency without running into stability issues
