Hi folks, anybody on here had any dealings with Dells 3 year warranty??
My 24in S2409W monitor is faulty and I am just wonderng what the scenario is for them replacing it as I don't think they stock this monitor any more - this is the warranty I have:
"3Y Monitor Replacement Service"
Do they come out to your house and attempt a repair or do you have to ship the monitor back to them and do without one?? The reason I ask is I am going on holiday for 4 weeks shortly and I am wondering if it is better putting it off until I get back as nobody will be about the place if it is RMA'd.
