Quick new build - iphone/itunes question!

Hi guys just a quick Q

From recommendations given in the hardware forum I have bought a phenom x6 etc to upgrade my pc
Now my main worry about backing up etc is basicly my iphone (4), I cannot be bothered with iTunes and it's craziness when I install it on the new setup

It's going to be 64bit Windows 7 I use, so I need to know if it's possible to copy the settings over to the itunes on the new setup?

My music files are all over the shop, backing them up is a bit difficult, and I dont use itunes as my main media player, only to manage the iphone. Is there any way to avoid it totally wiping the iphone when I plug it in?
