    Connecting Graphics Card to PSU

    Hello Hexus,
I recently purchased the following graphics card:

XFX HD 5830 XXX 840MHz Edition 1GB DDR5 Dual DVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Graphics Card

but I am unable to connect it to my PSU (Corsair 450W HX Series Modular PSU). The graphics card has two six pin slots, and the PSU also has six pin slots, but no wire came with the graphics card that lets me connect them, although two other wires did come with the card.

Is there a wire I can order online that will let me connect the two? Can I somehow use the wires that came with the graphics card to connect it to the PSU?

Here are pictures of the parts, as it is hard to describe them precisely:

Wires that came with graphics card (two in total): http://i.imgur.com/uBZNC.jpg

    Thanks in advance,
    Varmint

You need to use the 6 pin modular cables that came with your psu. Ifyou don't have them then you will have to buy some.

What is the official name of this cable? I searched for "6 pin modular cable" and came with nothing of use.

Then use the one that came with the psu and use the adaptor that you photo'd for the other slot.
