WIN 7: Icons are all the same

I'm fixing a laptop for my mate, who has managed to change all the icons (desktop, startmenu, pinned icons on taskbar) to itunes, when they are clicked they all run itunes. I tried a few soutions on google, with no success.

I wanted to know if there is a simple solution to the problem or if i should just do a system restore to the day before this happened
