Fairly easy, high rpm, good bareing, ball bareing probably best

Like Pob255 ball bearing fans are better to consider than sleeve bearing fans. This is because ball bearing fans last longer than sleeve bearing fans although they tend to be noisier.
I have had experience with the Panaflo and NMB-Mat fans and they have a decent lifespan IMHO. The Noctua 92MM fan I own is run at full speed and it is still fine after nearly three years.
cheeers guys
