    Enable WLTRAY then reboot.

    its is enabled already all of them are on the startup

    Or - as it's a Dell, recover from the partition.

    I got the laptop used with no discs with it at all! I don't know what people think they are going to do with the ones they got with it but who knows? so I think I will have to do a total install? thats where my puter knowledge stops and I'll give it to my friend..
