    "Stop: 0x000000D1 0xF8o36236 0x0000002 0x0000000 0xF8036236"

then it goes onto say soemthing about cmuda.sys and some more numbers that i cant read because of my bad handwriting, i'll have to grab those another time, any help from the above?

Could it be an IRQ conflict?

    Try looking here

It says that messages begining with 0x000000D1 are some times caused by faulty drivers. Have u tried updateing your graphics drivers?

i think cmuda.sys is a sound driver of some sort.

Done a Google of it. Tho you've probably already done this. Might be worth you checking the fourth link out.
