Shuttle USB headers - HELP!

Hi guys, really need some help with this one!

So i've got my sk83g ( the via based amd 64 one)

and i want to put one of those 2 in 1 floppy / mem card readers in it, which connects via a usb 1.1 motherboard header.

Trouble is the usb headers on the board are a very strange 5-pin deal.. Are these proprierty?? Do they only want me to use a shuttle card reader? Ive been googling for about half an hour and cant find much about these at all?

There are 2 of them and some people seem to suggest each feeds one usb port or something....it's all very confusing...

can i buy some kind of adapter? I'm thinking i could simply extract the 5 wires from the cable and solder them onto the pins, but since this machine is for a customer i dont want to B0rk the bloody thing!

What do you guys do?

Well god knows if those headers were propierty, but nothing a little destruction / construction couldnt solve

Got the pin layouts and re-assembled my own 'propriatary' connection block using sticky paper (to insulate the wires from each other) Glue ( to hold them together as a block) and plastic sheeting ( to hide the glue )

Lets just hope the customer never takes the lid off
