First try to Change the IDE data cable which connects the Hard Disk
And then Use Another XP Professional CD Rom For the the Installation
it will Work

Try to Change your SATA hard disk cables and then try to chane the XP CD ROM.
Because some times Files may be corrupted in the CD causes this kind of Errors
