I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

I'd advise against 3rd party cartridges. Most people say "Oh the manufacturers only say that to get you to buy their expensive cartridges and make more money" but it is true... I've had no end of problems with unbranded cartridges I've used in various printers

this is one reason to buy canon - since the branded carts are 6-8 quid each, you don't need to bother with fakes.
